Viagogo let buyer use my Coldplay tickets, now refusing to pay me

I sold my Coldplay concert tickets for January 2025 through Viagogo, but I never received the money for the sale. The buyer used the tickets and never returned them. I have already provided Viagogo with all the necessary proof and documentation.

I’ve been emailing them every week for the past 6 months. Despite this, all I get are vague, copy-paste replies and no actual resolution. They’ve acknowledged the case multiple times, even escalated it supposedly, but no payment has been made.

This has taken a serious toll on me. I’m posting this to warn others and ask if anyone has been in a similar situation or knows a way to escalate this publicly or legally. I just want what I rightfully earned.

Any advice or visibility would be really appreciated.
