I am a software systems developer who is currently making lots of business plans.
Legal Sub pr baithe baithe idea aya.
A person only pays lawyers when involved in legal cases and disputes.
Lawyer’s lifeline/income is dependent on the 1-2 cases monthly. They also keep requesting hearing after hearing. 5k rate per hearing in my 2nd tier city hometown.
That’s one of the main reasons cases get stretched.
So what if we introduce liquidity and ***Annual subscription*** for the legal system. Make it like health insurance. Rather than a 1 time deathblow, have Legal Insurance.
Doing this in a structured manner, the system will be having a rating list of lawyers/firms and track record.
Encourage 1-1 discussion, group sessions without even cases. So that legal knowledge increases. And people can also know how the system works and where their money goes/greases.
I have 4-5 more points, but I would like to know your thoughts.
