Want to report my abusive ex and his friends to NCB. What precautions do I follow?

I was in a relationship with someone for over a decade and ended up getting pregnant with him.He was abusive ever since the start and I do blame myself for staying. Developed a health condition and one day he showed up high and kicked me until I had a miscarriage tried deleting evidence of abuse (which I luckily sent to a friend) and refused to take me to the hospital until I passed out from loss of blood. I also have a facial fracture post the incident. The guy is from Andhra and when I called his friends because he broke my phone, they said sorry and cut the call.

He and his friends do drugs all day and I can’t go to the police right now because things are bad at home ever since they saw me in the hospital. I will put him inside for what he did to me when it’s time. In the meanwhile how do I report him when I only have his address and his friends numbers. Please do not give me advice about letting karma take care of him, I buried my child and I want to unleash my wrath on him.
