We have an ancestral land and we want to sell it but can’t

My family has some ancestral land and we need to sell it, so my grandfather’s brother house is beside us (in left,right,back) and our houses are joined , we have entrance to every one of their house through doors in floors, due to some family feud we don’t want to sell it to them, the person we are willing to sell it to will destroy the house and build a new apartment building there, can we sell it without our neighbors poking their noses in this matter, like do we need their permission?
