Weekly market: Cart vendor attacks me out of the blue

While having a bit of argument with a tomato seller, this goon vendor (rehdi wala) from nearby came and attacked me without any reason. Got saved from being hit by rod (used for lights on rehdi) but sustained internal injuries (hit of thigh muscles)

Reached police but no FIR/Diary number given, police asked me to come with his photo or inform me when seen.

Saw him, confronted with my friend but he simply denied any such quarrel with.

The attacker is from Bihar and has 3 rehdi (moving cart) of fruits in total, has left for his village to attend his brother’s (another cart vendor out of the 3) wedding.
