April 29, 2025 at 5:11 pmJust saw a video of a policemen at a traffic checkpoint in Uttarakhand slapping a women. The very next post, a BJP leader made a DCP to apologise on camera just for not recognising him.Imo, the law and order is already dead in this country a long ago. Also the country is broken in two seperate type of people. And it’s continue to break even further on the basis of gender, language, etc.
Although, as any normal Indian I do not have any hope from the judiciary of this country. We are at a point when your safety is not guaranteed. The tax we pay, and the services we get is essentially just a scam for us now.
Although, if still there is a slight way, a slight fear, that might be acting as a thin line between turning it into a uncivilized jungle. What actions can be taken against the policemen if he assualts/harrasses you?
Also, how can we fight back in court?? And how can we bring him back to the court again?? As we know, everyday a policemen do many things which are not legal.

April 29, 2025 at 5:35 pmYou can do nothing if you don’t have money. Secondly, work hard until you leave this country because there is a term in insurance, i.e., total damage, and India falls under that category.Considering you don’t have money, here are some suggestions.
1. Avoid people.
2. Avoid random confrontation.
3. Minimal use of public transport
4. Don’t indulge in any kind of argument with a public officer.
5. Don’t produce, baby. (Not a good place to continue your generation)
The above text is not a legal response but rather a mere suggestion.
Answering your question
*”Also, how can we fight back in court?” And how can we bring him back to the court again?? As we know, every day a policeman does many things that are not legal.”*
Money, party funding, can solve most of the problems in India.

April 29, 2025 at 6:42 pmyou can always claim that he was under stress. Today only two cops were terminated in Uttarakhand but they had a history of misdoings and failed to report in a murder case. in such a small cases nothing would happen. -
