What are you legal rights as a patient and access to healthcare?

Say you are a patient on ventilator. The hospital demands daily fees from your family. What are your legal rights here? Can they kick you out and deny you further treatment if the family is not able to pay everyday or they have to continue the treatment and then bill you later?
