I have been using IRCTC only for my ticket booking and no third party apps or promoters. Anyway I booked a ticket for Feb-16 and it was booked under waitlist. We reached the station hoping that we might get to travel if somehow we get the reservation. But it didn’t happen. Waited for a couple of hours but didn’t get a refund, therefore I filed a TDR. Fuckers rejected it don’t know why? I didn’t travel, my reservation was not confirmed? Why even? I also lodged a complaint in CPGRAM but IRCTC said that we can’t do anything, this comes under railway.

What should I do? I must get this refund : (
