JOk so my moms sisters daughter. her husband verbally abused her day before yesterday. They have had fights before but never this bad
All of yesterday, she locked him outside the house. He showed up to all of our family members houses one by one. Ok now, yday he msgs my mom saying my that he’s being harassed because he’s not having access to his clothes, credit cards and shit like that
My mom didn’t even know abt all of this until when he msged and she got a call from my cousin. Now I don’t know about the law fully but can he file a case about harassment
1. Saying that he’s a b.p, sugar patient and didn’t hv access to his medicines.
Also cuz he was constantly disturbing everyone, my masi even sent him money. He then goes to say it isn’t enough. (Ya he’s unemployed, living off my cousins money)Also also, the house is fully in my cousins name right. He doesn’t pay rent or anything.
2. Can he claim that the house is his considering he has been living there since 2 yrs????
