UMy grandfather had some money in his account, and my grandmother was the nominee, so my uncle helped her to get the money into her own account.
but i knew it was part of his plan, but i couldn’t do anything as grandmother was on his side as well.Once they had all the power, they started treating even my grandmother badly; my aunt argues with her constantly and later cries like she’s the victim.
Now this week, Uncle has done the worst.
his account was linked with my grandmother’s account.
so he cashed out the money from my grandfather’s will.
he cashed out 15 lakhs without even telling anyone about it.
when confronted by my grandmother he fought with her.my current plan is to get the bank statements and confront him publicly in the presence of all the friends of my dad and my grandfather.
because everyone in my village trusts me and sees me as an image of them both.If any of you have knowledge about the legal stuff i can do, then care to share your ideas.
