What if I intentionally hit and damage someone’s car with my bike?

A biker riding haphazardly bumped into my car’s wheel.
He then started furiously cussing, baked-up his bike and rammed it into the side of my car. (T-boned my car.)
He even tried to run me over as I was trying to videograph his license plate from close.

The police simply registered a TAD.

Note: There are CCTVs pointed at the spot of accident. I also have a dashcam, it didn’t cover the side angle but recorded the audio of him cussing and crashing his bike and my car can be seen shaking.
