Real name,device info,ip address,service provider name, location,socials, mobile number. It’s very hard to get aadhar number or pan card I have only gone to those extents. Usually through a IP logger hidden in images sent via discord or fake links .

Yes , personal information in my sense is basically details about you that aren’t publically available.
