What should be done to unfreeze account

So some months ago my bank account was frozen due to some money was credited to my account around 4k it was actually withdrawal from an online earning app but that was some fraud amount that they credited.But instead of freezing that amount they freeze my whole bank account so what should i do to unfreeze it as it was not me who did the fraud but yes there is mistake in my hands too for withdrawing it but i was not aware of
