what to do after withdrawing cyber complaint against me

Someone used my UPI for fraud, and another person filed a cyber complaint against me. Now that person has withdrawn the case and it is closed, but my bank account is still frozen. When I spoke to the cyber police, they said the complainant needs to give a written application to help with unfreezing my account. what i do now

Reach out to the complainant. Get the copy of the withdrawn complaint.
