January 19, 2025 at 1:23 pmHi there. I need some advice. A seller against whom a consumer complaint has been filed is threatening the complainant (myself) with legal action. Can someone help with how to go about this situation? -

January 19, 2025 at 1:57 pmLet him initiate his legal action. If, and when he does so, take the objection (among others) that it is a motivated legal action as a retaliation for your consumer complaint against him, prior in time.-

January 19, 2025 at 5:58 pmYes. The seller is terrible and makes personal attacks the moment her incompetence is called out. I wish I could name her here to prevent other people from such scams.-

January 20, 2025 at 8:35 amNCH is not a court. You donβt have a consumer complaint. You have a grievance. Nothing much will happen in NCH. File a complaint with the court via edaakhil. Mention the threat you are receiving as well.-
