What to do if a seller against whom a consumer complaint has been filed, threatens the complainant with legal action

Hi there. I need some advice. A seller against whom a consumer complaint has been filed is threatening the complainant (myself) with legal action. Can someone help with how to go about this situation?

Let him initiate his legal action. If, and when he does so, take the objection (among others) that it is a motivated legal action as a retaliation for your consumer complaint against him, prior in time.

Yes. The seller is terrible and makes personal attacks the moment her incompetence is called out. I wish I could name her here to prevent other people from such scams.

Its with NCH. The amount for dispute was quite less.

NCH is not a court. You don’t have a consumer complaint. You have a grievance. Nothing much will happen in NCH. File a complaint with the court via edaakhil. Mention the threat you are receiving as well.
