April 8, 2025 at 2:53 pmIn the year 2020 I was approached by few so called friends that they have a software that they need to market. They verbally made an agreement that they would share 50% with the sales department and 50% will be taken by them. They had almost 0 months SaaS billing then. 5 years on, their monthly saas billing is 5 lac a month now but they have been only paying me 20,000 a month for last 2+ years since I was too hesitant to ask. How ever recently I got tired and had a fallout with them and when I asked them my due they said they did not promise anything. I have a recording that they agreed to pay 50% on a phone call with them. How should be the next course of action after I formally asked them on email and they deny? My salary in 2020 was 6,00,000 a year 50,000 a month.

OP
April 10, 2025 at 3:11 amI do not want 50% anymore. I just want my missed salaries of 6,00,000 pa which I was getting in 2019. They didnβt pay me for initial 3 years and paid only 20,000 for 2 years.I just want them to pay my salaries. I donβt know how to go about it and the procedures.
