What to do? Urgent HELP needed

Three of us friends were going across a place near our room to eat at 3:30am. Police was on the road coming from across. Stopped. And then asked for our ID’s and bike’s papers everything. We didn’t have anything at hand. He took the photo of that bike with us. Didn’t file any petty for it at that moment(don’t know if he did later though).

But the problem is he had enough of waiting around and told us to come to the police station at 10:00 morning today. He didn’t take our numbers.
Is that something we should avoid? the problem is we were high after smoking marijuana. Will that become the issue?

Before going to the station take an advocate with you. Or any one who could be there to assist you

Does he know that you were high? He might have found you suspicious for whatever reason.
Go or no go, better to talk to a lawyer.

In my opinion don’t go unless you are called by the P.S itself. You are saying he didn’t take your number so unless you have given him other details (which I would like to know) I suggest you to not go.
