        1. How are accused in serious cases like murder getting bail within 1–2 years of arrest?

        2. In a case where all accused (A1 to A6) got bail within 1.5 years — is that legally valid even for murder charges?

        3. When CCTV evidence and 4 eyewitnesses are present, how can the case still result in acquittal or bail?

        4. Is witness compromise (turning hostile) a common reason cases collapse despite strong evidence?

        5. What legal provisions allow witnesses to be protected from intimidation or compromise?

        6. Is it true that even after a murder conviction, the actual imprisonment served is only 12–14 years maximum?

        7. Does “life imprisonment” in India actually mean full life, or is it reduced to 14 years in practice?

        8. If remission and parole are applied, can a convict walk free even earlier than 12–14 years?

        9. Is the judiciary at fault, or is it the prosecution and investigation that fails these cases?

        10. What recourse does a victim’s family have if they feel justice was not delivered?
