April 19, 2025 at 2:54 amMy great grandfather served as the speaker of uttar pradesh legislative assembly (1950-52).
He was in office starting from 1937(MLA jaunpur) to 1962-68( MP Rajya sabha).
Using his political influence he hepled my grandfather(his son in law) to get license of brick kiln but unfortunately my grandfather got mentally ill. His distant cousin(who was also his buisness partner)saw this as an opportunity and took over the kiln.
He mad fortunes using that kiln whereas my father and his siblings faced poverty as there was no one to take care of them.
I was wondering if I can I get any documents of the licence issued… -

April 19, 2025 at 3:10 amI doubt the department that issued them would have preserved files from the 1950s. Even if you could find it, what purpose would it serve ? Are the parties involved still alive ? Date of limitation for any legal action would have long passed.
