Where i can lodge online complaint against zomato??

I was trying to order food from zomato and noticed that something is weird . Every time i refresh the page the price of the same item from same restaurant outlet was changing . I got this recorded and posted on twitter but they keep on saying we are looking into it . I want to know can i raise an online complaint and if yes where ?? i saw that in online consumer form its asking for the loss of amount but i did not order so how to procced further in such case ??
