I am having problems with my partner in my partnership firm?

For ex – he took diamonds without letting any of the partners know and kept it with him?

Can I file a case against him? If yes what kinda lawyer I need to visit? Family or crime?

Hello it will be a civil case for removing him from partnership and a criminal one for stealing diamonds. Both can go on together..where is this

Lawyers are not doctors. There’s no such thing as speciality in our field though some lawyers might be better in one specific field. For your case, find someone who has a good civil law practice.
