I applied for divorce in December last year, family court gave counseling in family court in March starting. But my wife didn’t opened the gate while the post guy attempted to deliver it twice as per the receipt. Now she won’t be appearing for the counceling? She has been getting me up and down in her city for 498a. Isn’t there anything I can do?

What does your delivery receipt say exactly? If it says that she has refused to accept then thats as good as delivered and you can proceed with your case.
