April 15, 2025 at 2:14 pmMy Mom passed away in Corona times and we live in an own house. Belongs to my grand father (mother side) . I’m a single child , After mom passed my dad hasn’t been taking care of me my house feel like a garbage . He isn’t also giving me any money for my basic necessary needs . He cooks food and keep it in fridge and ask me to heat and eat it for 10 days atleast ..In a Recent fight between me and my father he told me to even get out of the home .
My grandfather have 2 kids .. my mom and her brother. He stays with us .. he is mentally challenged and talk to himself all the time . Me and him are facing the issue. My dad will ask him to do all the house works sweeping and everything whereas he will not do anything to the house .
My mother’s brother is unmarried and stays with us since childhood . Since he has no child and I have no sibling , Am I the Legal Proprietor or will be ?
