Father is threatening to cut me out of the house will I have a share in my maternal grandmother’s property?It was willed equally between my uncle and mother. Also will my father have a share?

Advocate here,

For now, neither you nor your father has any right to it. Your right will arise only if your mother dies intestate, at which point her property will devolve to her legal heirs that is: you, your siblings, your father.
