UA little background- My stepfather married my mom 16 years ago. He tortured his first wife physically and mentally and proved in court that she is abusive and divorced her to escape alimony. After a year of divorce He married my mom. My grandmother pressured my mom into marrying him without looking into his background. My age was 10. So I had no clue what was going on.
He is mentally sick person and have higher position in government. He tortures my mom physically and mentally. He has 2 daughters from his first marriage. They were not talking to him until now because he is going to retire.
My stepfather says my mom will not get the property as it belongs to his grandfather, And it will directly go to his 2 daughters. He is not willing to share it with my mom. My mom is very innocent, both me and her have endured abuse from him. She works day and night, works like a maid. He doesn’t lift a finger, eats 5 times a day, works only 1-2 hours a day, needs fresh food on table, and ironed clothes. She cannot lift a finger or He threatens her everyday that he will go to court, and see who helps her, because he is in higher position. Once He slapped my mom before her operation, also when mom and i was sick during covid, unable to get up our muscles were weak, he locked the kitchen door so we cannot eat. We were with food and water the whole day.What should one do? My mom needs justice, she has endured so much. Please help
