Withdrawing NCRP complaint

I was doxxed by a person on Twitter a few days ago and I filed a complaint on NCRP. I managed to resolve the issue with the said person and withdra the compliant online but I recieved a messaged that it has been forwarded to the nearest police station. I called them to ask if online withdrawal isn’t sufficient, the psi said you’ve to come to police station and withdraw it and he also seemed unaware of how twitter works. What to do ?
