Wrong CIBIL report By NBFC

I have taken a Small loan from A NBFC named Avanti Finance from a platform named Avanti Finance. I Have paid all the dues within Time but they reported as delayed payment. I aproached them first by mail but they don’t even bother to reply than some automated shit. I also complained to their Grievence officer but they just replied Our team is working. Later I complained to RBI ombudsman but still no effect till date.
Can I go for legal action or how can I fix the issue in other ways with teaching them a lesson.
