Wrt security deposit and referral amount

Hi all,

I’m living in a pg in Bangalore, and I’ve two questions to ask.
1. The pg has a refferal scheme where if I refer another person and he successfully registers and start living there the pgbis entitled to owe me 1500 rupees. It’s been more than 6 months they have not paid me. Is there any legal action that I can take against them ? I know 1.5k is not a big amount but my motive is not about the money it’s about to teach them a lesson.

2. This is reg the security deposit, they say they’ll reimburse my security deposit within 45days of exiting the property. If they don’t pay me my deposit what actions can i take against them ?

The pg stanza living and I’m really done with the place. Please suggest me some legal options.
