X visa for EU citizen married to Indian

Hello everyone!

I am from Europe and my husband is from India.
We got married in September, and we moved to Europe for some months.
But now, I would like us to stay in India as well for a few months and I would like to possibly move there with him.

Sooo, I need to get a x visa.
Does anyone have any information about the process and how things are?
