UI’ll keep it as concise as possible.(Involves malpractice from police) No consummation yet.
Girl got married to boy after a mental episode. ( We now know she wasn’t interested in marriage, she was forced to say otherwise and blamed it on god possessed). Wrote on a bond paper that she is getting married on her will.
After few days at matrimonial home that she came along with her relatives, she said she is not willing to live with the boy. Have recordings of this. Went to police station, mediation, one month time taken. She falsely alleged torture, none of this happend.
She came back, with 2 relatives for a week, then relatives left. Day later she eloped with an unknown man on bike infront of the boys home, have CCTV. Boy filed FIR for missing person.
The girl has been found by the girls family. They have not informed police yet. Got to know from distant relatives. It’s been a whole day. The girls family is in another town. When asked in boys hometown PS they said they are not aware yet and searching still.
The JUICY PART : the girls family has a police working at her hometown. They have tracked her using contacts, and again trying to cook up a story she left due to torture or some sh!t.
From one of the neighbours who had contacts in PS in boys hometown, called up, police said they have found her still need to bring her here. So they’re lying about the girls whereabouts
Rumors from the people at the girls home town was she was in relationship with a boy earlier and the family has kept it hidden during marriage which explains the girls reluctance at marriage day. They should have called of the marriage but the girls father threatened su!cide n created a scene there.
I need what’s the best course of action to solve this once and for all. And how to protect the boys family from false dv n other such cases.
Sorry for the long post. They’re mentally exhausted from 3 months and the lawyers here are not understanding the urgency or helping with police station matters to get ahead of the issues. Please any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
