      An ex CJI was accused of sexual harassment, around 5 years ago, he formed a committee to investigate, guess who was present in that committee? He himself! And he gave himself the clean chit! This is CJI we are talking about not some low level sessions court judge. (You can read about it on google)

        MPs, MLAs have been sent to prison. Debarred from contesting elections for a lifetime (it was the judiciary who gave this verdict). Legislature โœ”๏ธ

        Ministers have been sent to jail, IAS/PCS officers are suspended/terminated and jailed. Executive โœ”๏ธ

        How many SC/HC Judges have been impeached/removed since Independence? Zero, Absolutely None. Judiciary โŒ

        This should give you an idea.

        They were allowed to form a collegium, judges will appoint judges leading to ‘Uncle Judge Syndrome’ and the President is bound to give her assent. Nowhere in a sane democracy this should be allowed.
