Ok, you can go the legal route as a lot will suggest. But if you don’t wanna go through that, start defaming them on linkedin, google review, glassdoor etc websites. Any company would not want such review for them on any website. Mention everything you mentioned here on this post in your comments everywhere maybe they will give your dues. This is effective when the company is small as they will be more effected by negative reviews
