With all due respect one of the three brothers could help with the kids for a brief time to fill in that role. First thing after the FIR would be to help your sister with therapy- people will ignore the mental agony your sister has suffered with that abuser. I don’t understand your sister’s view of kids without a father, god forbid what if that cruel monster goes over the top for a moment and something horrible happens to your sister.
You just need to convince your sister to come out of that toxic marriage. She is also worried that her *love marriage* is not working well. She could also be worried about the societal norms and pressure. She just needs to understand that she has to prioritise herself and her kids and never worry about anything more. Same thing happened with my sister’s number more than a decade ago, and I was just in my teens that time and I happened to talk to one of those annoying asshole which happened to call my sister and I spoke very aggressively to him and also just pressed him that my cousin is in the police department and he just sent me the screenshot where the number was posted as a hooker in Tier-1 City hookers WhatsApp group and he got it from there and he didn’t wanted to be part of any trouble. He just dropped a text in the group that the number is not of hooker and then no more calls. I didn’t take any further steps to complain as my father is very orthodox and would have restricted my sister in every possible way and could have ruined her studies at that point in time.Press those guys who call, and ask them for source- there might be few cowards who will give you more details and use them to file a cyber complaint
