AYou might be a bit sceptical about involving your parents maybe because of the nature of the pic, but this can have a long term implication. Whatever those students have done is absolutely crime, and having the audacity to get back to you on Instagram, and maybe even use them to blackmail in future.
Talk to your parents, they’ll understand, they’ll talk to school authorities, and if they don’t take very strict action then definitely escalate the issue.
AYou did some stupid shit and were rightly punished for it, moving legally will only result in you losing your degree as they have power to revoke your PGP degree as well.Accept it, keep apologising, maybe they allow you to sit for some companies towards the end, else look for off-campus placements rather than doing permanent damage to your career
AI had read a response some days back of someone facing similar issues (non-stop calling)with Excitel, and they got it resolved via registered complaint with TRAIARegister a counter complaint against them, so that police has complaint from both the parties, and it’s not one sided. Police knows these neighbour fight cases and they never want to escalate it, they’ll just lodge complaint from both the sides and nothing will ever happen, they won’t register a FIR. But ensure your neighbours know that you have filed a complaint as well for illegal digging, fight, etc otherwise they’ll stand all over you. Keep a strong face, if you go down this ready to apologise etc side you are done
