I will suggest to better inform her parents and explain them that you were good friends and you are reaching them out of concern for their daughter well being, if after this something happens then atleast they cannot blame you as you are the one who informed about things well in advance.

Also, you might want to tell girl in advance who knows she herself cut ties with you when she realize what you are upto.

Buy a big speaker and face it towards their house with loud dog barking sound and just ignore as they are ignoring you.
