April 17, 2025 at 12:47 pmI know about how Zomato works don’t ask me how, what they do is that they categorise you in different bunches based on past credits/coupons/refunds that you have got on Zomato and they label your risk criteria based on that as a customer into gold/silver/bronze/iron if you are in the iron category, they do not give an option to chat and only give you the option to contact support over email. Gold gets a refund as 100% order value, silver 50% and bronze 25% and no refunds for iron.Best to switch apps. You can get Swiggy one and your order cost will come down with free delivery.
