AAbsolutely, I get where you’re coming from—yes, the system is flawed and power often protects the guilty. But to say nobody is ever held accountable is inaccurate.
Innocent people have fought and won, like Jessica Lal, Priyadarshini Mattoo, Bilkis Bano, Rinki Shrivastava, Satyendra Dubey? What about all these people ? Their victories weren’t easy, but they happened!! Thanks to the Judges who saw their case and their sensible decisions.
Also, hiring a private investigator and collecting solid evidence can help legally! Particularly in cases of adultery, for divorce. It 100% strengthens her position in court and adds pressure where it counts.
Alternative approaches are valid, but let’s not discourage resistance altogether..
She has a child! Some battles are worth fighting for
ABrilliant! She’s not even allowed to fight back.
As a woman, I shall now gracefully accept defeat—because clearly, even thinking of fighting back is no match for the mighty power of downvotes.
