Girlie. Go for it. It’s your first job. You will work hard and find another job. More salary. Better people. I know you will, even if it takes some time. But these aged people wont find another job once they get fired and have a POSH case on them. Give them what they deserve. Start collecting proofs, screenshots, recordings, etc. 
I dont know how helpful your placement cell is but you should reach out to them as well so that they ban this company from placements and other colleges would come to know about this and would follow ban them too. This is lead to major problems and the company would have no option but to fire these fuckturd, lowlife, dimwit men

Nothing will happen. She is an adult and she should handle it on her own. If she needs your help then she will ask you and you can help her out. No point in overthinking. If she is unable to settle it with her parents and not fight to keep you then you know your answer. All you can do is help her when she asks for help and just be there so that she can figure out what can be done.
