1. Send a notice to relevant government agencies who regulate the Visa and stay of foreign citizens in India.
2. In the notice cite all your concerns and plead them to extend her Visa under these extraordinary circumstances by implementing principles of Natural Justice.
3. If they don’t agree or faip to reply, file a Writ Petition in your state’s High Court immediately under Art 226 and Art 21 of the Constitution.
4. The High Courts will be much more empathetic and your gf may get her Visa extended.
5. Show relevant character record of your gf and the threat to her life if she goes back to Syria.
