No, they told me that they will initiate refund after pickup. However, they refunded after 2 months without pickup.

Have responded with all conversations, still they blaming me and refusing to take responsibility. Tone of Godrej guy was borderline threatening tbh

Have sent a similar mail yesterday. Flipkart and Godrej both blaming each other on calls.
Even shared the mail communication with Flipkart of 2023 but they aren’t ready to take responsibility.

They are saying that you have purchased from Flipkart and Flipkart failed to communicate the return date to them.
However, they have all my information from Flipkart as they sent the notice through India post.
