I checked my registered grievance on the NCH website. It’s been closed by Meesho saying “Resolution:As discussed, all returns are subject to product inspection. Our team will conduct checks at your doorstep during pickup. If the product fails the quality check, we regret that we won’t be able to assist you further.” So basically they are saying the same thing.
Will check the PG portal. Also, they do not have a working email ID. I tried mailing them but got a reply which basically said that to contact meesho help please use the app.
