No I’ll not share my pan, nor do I allow those winnings to be withdrawn in my bank now on . Will it be safe then?
What he has right now is my adhaar linked to his stake account.

Winnings of him, In his stake account in which my adhaar got verified. Do I need to justify those winnings too?
Provided I won’t withdraw that money in my bank account.
