The thing is he’s bribed majority of the tenants and the majority of the tenants are maharashtrians toh the tenants that are bribed are not allowing anyone to speak. We even held a meeting to change the developer however it requires a certain percentage of people to sign and then the latter would be proceeded.

By under construction I mean he’s dug up the entire area and has put foundation pipes? But nothing beyond that has happened
