I’m an insurance advisor. It doesn’t make sense to me. Call customer care and ask them for reason. If no proper response, send email to nodal officer and ask the reason. IRDAI is last step if your issue is not solved.

Give practical advice instead of stupid suggestions like call police when there is a family function, child noise etc.
