Didn’t read the whole story, but bigamy is a criminal offence in itself. So if he actually gets married, you can file a criminal complaint and the process of law will follow

Just to correct many of the comments here, The Internal committee is the body to approach. Not the HR.

In case you tell the HR, the HR is mandated to direct you to the IC. and in case there is no IC, then the company is in violation of the law…

Give a complaint in writing. Remember there is always the option of conciliation. That is, since it is not a big deal, he can just be made aware of the fact that it is not appropriate and the case closed. So just because you filed a complaint doesn’t mean grew he will get sacked etc (I’m saying this because you need not worry about consequences to the guy etc at this stage)
