Brother. If u have never had sex with her there is no way she can prosecute u for false promise of marriage. U r completely safe.

Also whatever happens DONOT MARRY HER. If she is blackmailing now she has the audacity to implicate u in false dowry harrasment, DV cases, etc after marriage.
