Personally didn’t face any bone chilling incidents or handled it.
But I have witnessed many in court halls and PS.

One guy raped and killed a minor girl. His father told the entire law enforcement he will get his son out. He got bail for his son. In few days, his son killed his wife too(his mother). When he was brought to court, he was beyond human. Remorseless. Psychopath.

And many like this.
