My parents are convinced that since my fufa had such a high position in WB police, the police will refuse to take up or investigate our case if we file a criminal case. They have also been given police security by the government. They’re also afraid that they might be attacked by the likes of paid goons. Is there any way to ensure their protection?

“Based on the details shared – your father will only get the share he inherited from your grandfather.” : Are you saying its not possible to contest a gift deed in court even if it contains blatant falsehoods?
