Just say no to brokers agent or visitors without prior notice or if they still come, just tell the sellers indirectly how this is a bad house to buy. You do this 2 or 3 times then either they will notify you before coming or you will have a heated argument with your landlord. Anyway if he is willing to sell you should also start looking for something. However these houses doesnβt sell that easily so you have enough time
