      Your mental health is more important than an experience letter especially from a toxic company. If you have proof of your work (contract, emails, LinkedIn praise), that can often suffice. Many employers care more about skills, references, and portfolio than formal letters. Document everything, and walk away if it’s affecting your well-being.

        Reply demanding itemized invoices with legal backing (GSTIN, registration, service dates, etc). If they can’t produce that, it’s not a legitimate debt.

          If you’ve got no plans of coming back to India, just ignore them. They can’t legally enforce a ghost invoice across borders, especially without proper documentation.
